At work these last two days I have been showered with gifts. It’s really nice, but at the same time I am not able to get gifts for all these people, so I feel guilty. I guess I get gifts because I am an assistant and help these people out during the year. I decided to get over it and accept them with a greatful heart. I will get to try a new yummy smelling shower gel, write in a new journal. One more thing, why does everybody bake for the holidays? There are cookies, fudge, breads and so many other yummy things everywhere and I have no self- control. From one professor I got a bag of mixed nuts, is that saying something about me????? J/k
Crocheting
I am still crocheting like a mad woman. That is what I feel the free time of not having to study. Hopefully I will get all of the things done that I want to.
Nothing to do
How does sitting on your couch crocheting and watching Jeopardy on a Friday night sound? That is about all I did tonight. I had no energy to do much more than that. I did manage to see part of the Bulldog game where we came so close to pulling out a win over USC, but at the last minute it didn’t happen. Se la vi (I have no idea if that is spelled correctly).
I am looking forward to a weekend with much of the same as I did tonight.
