It isn't that I want to be counting the time down, but it is hard not to when you have less than two weeks left. I actually have less than two weeks left in Edinburgh and a little over two weeks total left in the UK. I fly out June 23rd.
I must say last week was amazing. Project PETE was really a success. Throughout the week somewhere close to 45 people came and shared their faith. A girl became a Christian!!! Yeah! I heard rumors of another person, but that is all I have heard. Last week gave such a great picture of the year. All of those people who attended were people we didn't know at the beginning of the year. We were able to get to know them and they were willing to come along and learn more about sharing their faith and then do it! It was one of the best weeks of the year for me! I finall recovered from the week when I got to sleep for over 10 hours on Saturday night. That was much needed sleep.
This week we are working hard. Tying up all the loose strings and handing things over for next year. After Friday I am done :( That makes me sad. Tomorrow is the whole cultural debrief. WE have been reflecting a lot this week on what God has done and what we have experienced.
I really am sad about leaving. Saying bye to people is hard. I don't know if I will see them again. But I know that I am suppose to be in Fresno next year. *deep sigh*
