Ok, so I can be a clutz. I tripped over the cord to my laptop and it fell to the hardwood floors in my bedroom. The results were yet another broken power cord. That means I am on number 5. You didn't read that wrong. So annoying.
Mice update, for Tammy. It seems as thought the mice are becoming more and more bold. They are coming out earlier in the day and we see more of them. Sometimes it feels like they are everywhere. We are bringing it on. It is a war and we plan on being the winners.
Ok, so maybe not the most interesting things going on ever but that is my update.

I agree with Tammy!!! Cats will do it... and they are good pets too!
We aren't allowed pets in this flat :(. We now have sticky traps, two different types of spring traps and human feet have also been proven to work recently.
Too bad you can't get a cat...what about mice traps? Not the kind that slaughter the poor little guys, but the mice-friendly traps. Surely you're not the ONLY ones in Scotland with mice?!
okay, i think you should get a cat, then if your landlord asks about it just tell him it's one of the large mice you've been telling him about!
