This is my last chance for about a week to update my Blog. We are headed to Birmingham in the morning for 2 days of training and then we will spend 4 days on the campuses in B'ham evangelizing. I am not 100% sure what to expect, but it should be good to be with all the others working in campus ministry in the UK. I love the UK staff, they are amazing people and always so nice to us. They treat us Americans well. We will also get to see the other STINT team from Liverpool, that is always fun.
One thing that will hopefully be fixed when we get back is the heating in our flat. We haven’t had heating since Sunday. It is cold enough here, when we have heating. I was sitting in my bed one afternoon (under the covers for warmth) and I actually saw my breath when I was inside! Yikes, that is what I call cold. The heating guy is suppose to come on Monday and then it will be fixed. Hopefully it will be warmer in B’ham.
The mice refuse to leave. I would think that they would go to the warmer flats below us, but no, they seem to like it here. Boooo.
I think that is about all the excitingness I have to share. I am really enjoying reading Sacred Romance. I kinda need to go run an errand but the sound of the rain on my window really makes me not want to go. When it is hitting it sideways that means the wind is making the rain come down in all directions. This is where I live!

Have you named your mice yet? Have you sent a place at the table for them? They sure seem to come around often enough!! Have a blast on your trip - we'll chat when you get back!
Sounds too cold for me but at least you're saving on your heating bill :) Have a blessed trip in B'ham - I hope its an indoor college campus so you don't have to freeze.
