I have no idea what came over me tonight, but for some reason I cleaned up a storm. I got home from the luau (which went really well!) at about 10 and realized that I am getting new couches tomorrow. That somehow led to me pretty much cleaning my entire apartment.
Since I am getting new couches, that meant that the old ones needed to be vacuumed before I donate them. That made me want to vacuum behind and under them. Then the baseboards were really dirty. Then the rest of my apartment needed to be vacuumed. Then I noticed that the kitchen floor needed to be swept (I am saving the moping for tomorrow).
From the kitchen I went into my bedroom. I have been pretty busy the last couple of weeks and it has become pretty messy. So I started cleaning. Earlier this week I adopted a shelving unit that I am putting shoes and things on. I wasn’t completely happy with where I had placed it. So I had to move that. To get it to fit in the right position I actually had to move my entire bed. Now that everything was cleaned up I decided I needed to vacuum my bedroom. Just the center of the room wasn’t enough; I actually moved things and vacuumed under and behind them. You can’t believe how much dust and dirt there was in my apartment.
Now for some reason I am kinda tired. Hmmmmmmmm. Wait!! I haven’t touched the bathroom yet, here I come………….um, no I think that can wait.
