My trip to Mexico.

Some of you may know that I went on a week long cruise to Mexico. What a wonderful vacation. I haven't really been on a vacation and I think this one came at the perfect time. I was able to go with two good friends. We had a blast. Here are the highlights of my trip:
-Swimming with dolphins- I got to get in a pool with dolphins. There were 2 that we got to spend the most time with, but there were a total of 7. I got to be belly to belly with one and it pulled my across the pool. It was so awesome. This all happened in Puerto Vallarta.
-In Mazatlan I got to see an authentic show by Indians. They climbed an 80 foot pole and did a ceremonial dance on it before being slowly lowered down by ropes. It was really awesome. We then did some shopping and got to enjoy some time at a resort in fron of a pool. Then I got to go hit the warm water and dodge some waves. It was great.
-Our last stop was Cabo San Lucas. Here our day started at 7am where we had to take tenders from the ship to the port. From the tender we sailed about 30 minutes to a beautiful cove where we went snorkeling. The dangerous part was that there were lots of tiny jellyfish. I wouldn't say I got stung badly, but I was definitely gotten by a few small ones and it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I didn't let it bother me. I had never been snorkeling before. After our time in the water we sailed back and were serve "beverages" I'm not accustom to drinking at 10 am! Don't worry, it was in moderation. Tequila Sunrises are yummy (and they have orange juice in them, so the timing worked)
-The last highlight would have to being doing a quiet time on an empty deck with the moon glaring down on me, and the ocean off to the side. It is amazing how good old favorites can restore your soul! God is Good.. (ALL THE TIME...ALL THE TIME...GOD ROCKS)

If you are looking for a vacation I would recommend a cruise. I have so many stories I can share. Ask me some time, and be prepared next time you see me for some pictures.
