Kick your butt

I took a Kwando class at the gym and I can feel it. Just think of about 30 minutes of kickboxing and then 20 of sit-ups (he said we were doing 400) and then push-ups and other random things. Yeah, that was a good work out.

On a serious note keep the Greek minitry we are trying to start at Fresno State in your prayers.

blah! Even I'm not THAT crazy, Carrie! 400 sit-ups??? INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE! haha. Well, glad you made it through okay.

Will be praying for ADX and their role in the greek study. :-)
