Today was cool. We have meetings from 9 am until 2, but that includes time when we go out on campus and share. I shared with a girl that said she was a Christian but didn't believe in heaven or know what it is like to know God. She was find with that and thought that maybe next year she would want to know more about God. So weird how people can think about when they want to know God, but not do it now.
The best so far was when I was talking to this man and I asked him who God was to him and he said anything from a sandwich (he was eating a sandwich) to a bee. How funny, according to him he could have been eating God. The things people come up with really fascinates me.
After the training meeting I went to get groceries for the dinner I was making tonight. Grocerie shopping is a bit different here. Everything is smaller. We go to the market like 4 times a week and there are loads of fruit and veggie stands. I was making casadillas, a treat here. I found this mixican inport store that has great things.
I also made home made chili for the international dinner. I was having a hard time thinking of an American dish to make. chili was ok. At the dinner I met a girl from China, I am going to have lunch with her on Tuesday, I am excited about that.
Ok, me need sleep. I will be at the Navagators leadership weekend all this weekend...don't miss me too much. :)
