It's hard to believe that that is all the time that is left.
It is also scary. I still have a log way to go on my support. What is also scary is that is it hard to believe that all the support will come in during such a short amount of time. I don't want to say I am doubting, but I guess in a way I am. I have never had doubts about Him before.
I think it is more of a doubting that if it doesn't come in then I shouldn't be going or something like that. I don't know. Please, please just join me in praying the He will Quickly complete my support team so I can go on August 21st!!
I am not saying that is itsn't daily the He shows me how awesome He is. I am blown out of the water by what He does daily.
Ok, some fun stuff....
Today me and a few friends went floating. It was so much fun!!!
After a start much later than we hare originally planned we made out way to Kingsburg. We passed Avenue 5 1/2 and had to turn around. Someone forgot their pump so we had to make do with something else. KT and I then went to go leave one car at the end and weren't sure where that was after a call all the way to Iowa (thanks TB!) we figure that one out.
Now we were on the river. It was much lower that I can remember in the past (actually I remember our last trip last summer being pretty low). We were able to get out a lot and spend time in the water. We had a skipper disk or something that was fun. I took along a water camera and will hopefully put up some pics soon. We walked a lot of the way.
Due to the low water level it took longer than normal (I think over 3 hours).
It really was a great afternoon. So relaxing, really good.
The only thing-- since it took so long we missed church and it is possible that I could have made some support contacts at church.
Ok, bed time for me, early work tomorrow (7 am).
