Favorite foods
Just call me odd (a lot of people do) but I have found some really yummy foods that most people find odd. I found soy cheese, it is so yummy in an omlet, add some spinach and it is the best. I also really like egg and tuna salad right now, I eat it a few times a week. It seems to be healthy, easy to make, and YUMMY. I keep experimenting with the veggies I add to it. I have also made chicken salad with cashews!! My last favorite is my chocolate soy milk and banana, and peanut butter smoothie. I decided that even though it is chocolate flavored soy milk I can still have it, it is more of my breakfast drink than a sweet.
I am still staying low on the carbs, but not cutting them out, I have found I eat a few more now that I am not eating sweets.
